LATE REGISTRATION OF BIRTH AND DEATH
RDO Issued Birth/Death Certificate if the registration is not done within one year of birth/Death. And application shall be made to Registrar, Births and Deaths along with Birth/Death application form and a fee paid in any Meeseva centre.
This application is may forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) The Registrar registers the birth/Death on RDO's order and issue the birth/Death certificate.

Operator clicks on Revenue Department services to go to Revenue Department
On confirmation the receipt will be generated as shown below along with the Certificate Delivery Date Please note that in case if you do not have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), system will not accept the request.
On submission, the request will go to respective RDO workflow for further processing.
Once the request is approved by RDO, then Birth certificate will be dispatched through courier to the customer’s address if Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.
If Delivery Type Is Manual, then citizen collect the Birth certificate from franchisee where he/she applied for the Certificate Note: - Here, Death Certificate is also doing same like as Birth Certificate
